Meet Tom Harris, the founder and President of Harris Human Resources Group, Inc., and owner of an ActionCOACH - Business Coaching Franchise in Fort Wayne, Indiana, boasts over 30 years of leadership experience. Passionate about achievement and teaching management skills, Tom specializes in coaching, training, and developing owners, employees, supervisors, and managers to foster growth in companies. With an impressive educational background including an MBA, MS in Psychology, and BS in Personnel, alongside numerous certifications, Tom's expertise extends to efficiency, profitability, and human resources challenges. A Certified Trainer with John Maxwell Leadership and a published author, Tom's dedication to personal and professional development is evident. Outside of his professional pursuits, Tom has been happily married for over 38 years and has raised three children, all of whom hold management positions in their careers. Currently serving his 4th term as an Allen County Councilman and President, Tom represents over 355,000 citizens and oversees substantial county funds.
