Suzzanne has more than 10 years’ experience coaching individuals, business owners, managers & CEO’s to achieve their goals & beyond. Her renowned business coaching and engagement programs are pragmatic and have been shown to make a dramatic difference to performance and profitability. Suzzanne’s approach offers a comprehensive assessment and structured learning with practical planning tools to help grow and manage a successful business as well as develop executive leadership skills.
An accredited Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, Suzzanne also holds a number of national qualifications in coaching, workplace assessment and training.
Founding and directing Laidlaw (Aust) Pty Ltd (1989-2003), this became the catalyst to her focus today on Business Coaching, Wellness and Life Balance.

Meet Coach Suzzanne Laidlaw
The Perth Sporting Community knows well of Suzzanne for her sporting achievements and tireless determination, as an elite sportsperson and triathlon coach. Suzzanne has represented Australia in the World Triathlon Championships in Vancouver, New Zealand, Australia and London, swam solo (20km) in the ‘06 Rottnest Island Channel Crossing, completed the Perth & Rottnest Marathon (42.2km run) and completed the grueling Busselton Ironman in 2007 & 2008 (3.8km swim, 180km bike, 42.2km run).
Suzzanne has experienced several life challenging moments which have reinforced her positive, independent, and engaging outlook on life. These moments have included saving her husband’s life by pulling him from a burning house & supporting him through years of pain, skin graft operations & rehabilitation; renovating a 100-year-old derelict mud brick cottage into a heritage-listed tourist attraction (Hoddywell Cottage, Toodyay); and backpacking around the world with her husband and two children for most of 1999. Suzzanne was also struck with a life-threatening disease and endured twelve months of operations and sickness after she was told she only had about 5 quality years left.
With a passion for inspiring people to turn their dreams and ambitions into reality, Suzzanne truly cares about her clients’ results. Drawing personal strength from a solid background of 25 years within key business management roles and a rainbow of life experiences, Suzzanne is driven to live an authentic, fulfilled life that has inspired many others to do the same.
