With over three decades of experience leading companies to global success, Scott has now turned his focus to empowering the local Austin business community through ActionCOACH. Combining his passion for helping others succeed with his expertise in implementing custom business systems, Scott aims to bring wealth and control back to entrepreneurs' lives. He firmly believes that thoughtful systems are the cornerstone of a thriving business. Beyond his professional endeavors, Scott is a devoted father of two sons. His commitment to their growth is evident in his active involvement in coaching youth sports such as baseball, soccer, and basketball. One son has embarked on a successful career in the Air Force Special Forces, while the other is pursuing his dream of becoming a major league pitcher. A graduate of the University of Hartford with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Insurance, Scott's career began on Wall Street, where he honed his skills in relationship-building and hard work. Throughout his corporate journey, he learned the importance of coaching and the value of creating and implementing systems to optimize results. Now, Scott leverages these insights to systemize and grow businesses, enabling owners and workers to reclaim quality time and personal fulfillment in their lives.
