## Meet Coach Jody Ann Johnson
Meet Coach Jody Ann Johnson, the driving force behind ActionCOACH Team Sage in Miami, FL. Jody began her ActionCOACH journey in 2004 and officially signed her contract in May 2006. Since then, she has spent nearly two decades building one of the most respected coaching firms in the region.
As a Master Business & Executive Coach, Strategic Planning Facilitator, and People Strategist, Jody helps organisations attract, engage, and retain top talent while creating workplaces where people thrive. Through ActionCOACH Team Sage, she delivers a comprehensive range of programs including 1:1 Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Strategic Planning, Team Development, GrowthCLUB, 12-week programs, and Engage & Grow.
With a background as a Registered Nurse for over 20 years—specialising in Open Heart, Emergency, and Substance Abuse—Jody brings a unique perspective on people, performance, and problem-solving. Her medical career honed her ability to stay calm under pressure, manage complex situations, and lead diverse teams—all skills she now applies to helping CEOs, executives, and business owners achieve clarity, accountability, and growth.
Beyond her coaching expertise, Jody is deeply passionate about people and creativity. She enjoys sculpture, painting, art collecting, and collage, and she also devotes time to caring for her 90-year-old father. A true adventurer at heart, she loves sailing, skiing (both snow and water), traveling, and cooking.
