Leaving home at 18, Phil was sponsored by Murray Goulburn to gain his Diploma in Dairy Technology. He has had the rare privilege of working at Senior Management Level with a diverse range of well-known food manufacturing businesses in Australia including a Poultry Processor in Papua New Guinea. Some of the highlights in his career include the design and development of a food grade pallecon resulting in a saving of $200K in rental costs and the development of a returnable bulk plastic bin that generated an extra $4.5M in new revenue. Other achievements include +30% improvements in productivity improvement projects.
