## Meet Coach Brian Alquist
Meet Brian Alquist, the founder of 1Direction Inc., a small business coaching and strategy company in northeast Ohio. With over 30 years of experience as a business executive turned entrepreneur, Brian specializes in assisting small business owners, particularly those focused on results-driven growth and transition strategies. Known for his trustworthiness, organization, energy, and competence, Brian is highly regarded by his business partners and colleagues. He holds certifications from Case Western Reserve University, ActionCOACH, and The DeBono Institute, and is actively involved in the Northeast Ohio community through volunteering with charities and non-profits. Brian's services as a coach, trainer, speaker, and facilitator aim to achieve impactful results for small business owners and their teams. He earned a BS Degree in Chemical Engineering from Grove City College and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College.
